Your fractional marketing partner for MedTech and the technical companies behind it. Strategy, branding and marketing as a monthly partnership or a single project.
Marketing that'sready beforeyou need it.
For teams with more to market than time to market it. Planned weeks ahead, quoted up front and built to hand off.
Six ways to be ready for tomorrow.
Pick one, or mix them into a monthly partnership. MedTech is my specialty, and the same thinking works for any team with a complex product to explain.
Strategy
Know what is coming, and what to do about it.
A marketing plan and calendar built around your shows, launches and sales goals, reviewed with you every month.
Good for: Teams heading into a launch or show season without a plan.
Branding
Say what makes you different, clearly.
Start with a two-session workshop, or go all the way to a complete brand kit. Strategy is approved before any design starts, and everything is built to hand off.
Good for: Companies whose story has not caught up with their technology.
Website
Turn visitors into conversations.
Clear copy and structure that explain what you do, plus forms and simple tools that turn the traffic you already have into real contacts.
Good for: Sites that list the specs but never say why anyone should care.
Stay top of mind until they are ready.
Newsletters and email campaigns that keep you in front of the people who are not ready to buy yet, and make it easy to reply when they are. Set up properly in a focused sprint, then run monthly if you want. You own the lists.
Good for: Teams with interest coming in and no steady way to follow up.
Launches & events
Hit the date with everything ready.
Product launches, trade shows and conferences, with the messaging, handouts and a plan for working the floor ready on time. Then follow-up that turns badge scans into conversations.
Good for: Launches, shows and quarters with a hard date on the calendar.
A fractional partner who already speaks your language.
Big-company experience, small-team speed, and one person who knows your work end to end.
No translation needed.
I learned marketing inside global medical device companies. You will not spend the first month teaching me your market, and technical products are where I am most at home.
You talk to the person doing the work.
No account managers, no handoffs, no junior team learning on your budget. Just me, every time.
Your calendar drives the plan.
Shows, launches and sales pushes are mapped weeks ahead, so nothing turns into a scramble.
Clear fees, no surprises.
Projects are quoted up front and approved in writing. Partnerships start at $1,000 a month, three months to start, then month to month.
Start small, or stay a while.
Founding-client rates, locked for the life of the partnership. I keep a small roster, so you get real attention.
Workshops and setup sprints
Not ready for a monthly partnership? Start with a brand workshop, or a setup sprint for your newsletter or brand kit.
Single projects
One-pagers, trade show toolkits, landing pages and more. Scoped and approved before any work starts.

Something else on your mind? Ask me anything over coffee.
How do we get started?+
With a free 30-minute coffee chat. Afterward I send a short recap of what I heard and a proposal with a few options, so you can pick what fits.
Do you only work with MedTech companies?+
MedTech is my specialty, and I love learning new industries. I also work with manufacturers, engineering and measurement companies, health and wellness startups and other teams with a complex product to explain.
Can I start with a single project?+
Yes. Workshops, setup sprints and single projects are quoted as fixed fees and approved in writing before work starts, with 50% to begin.
What does a monthly partnership commit me to?+
Three months to start, invoiced monthly. After that it is month to month with 30 days written notice.
How do approvals and regulatory review work?+
You approve the strategy before design starts and every piece before it goes out. I flag any product claim that needs your team's review.
Who owns the work?+
You do. Once the final payment is made, every file, template and guideline is yours to keep and hand to anyone.
